Lead sources

Every contractor lead in one place —
Thumbtack, Google, Facebook, Angi, Yelp

Leads come from six apps, two inboxes and a phone that rings while you are driving. WorkTime CRM pulls them into one pipeline: each lead becomes a client card with the contact, the job and where it came from, and the conversation continues from that card.

First month free with a card on file · then $99/mo per company · cancel anytime

How it works

Step by step

  1. 01

Connect the sources you pay for

Settings → Lead Sources has a card for each platform with the exact steps. Most take a few minutes; none need a developer.

  2. 02

    Leads arrive on their own

A new lead shows up on the pipeline as a client card, tagged with its source, and you get a notification. The same person coming twice is recognised as a duplicate.

  3. 03

    Answer from one screen

Texts, emails, Thumbtack chat, Google messages and calls with a customer are one conversation on the card. Pick the channel under "Write via" and reply.

  4. 04

    See which source pays

Because every client carries a source, you can see where booked work actually comes from — and what to stop paying for.

Drag a card to the next stage — or let a booked visit move it for you. An estimate the client hasn’t answered gets a follow-up email on its own, and you see the moment they open it.

What you get

Nothing lost in a screenshot

No lead sitting unread in an app you forgot to open. For a one-off, paste a screenshot or the message text and the AI fills the client card.

The phone is a lead source too

The AI phone assistant picks up when you cannot, asks about the job and saves the caller as a lead.

From lead to paid job

The same card carries the visit, the estimate the customer signs online, the invoice and the payment.

One price

Every source and every team member is included in the one plan — no per-integration add-ons.

FAQ

Questions contractors ask

Which lead sources connect directly?

Thumbtack, Google Local Services Ads, Google Ads lead forms, Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads and Angi connect directly. WorkTime is an official Yelp advertising partner: for contractors who run Yelp Ads through us, leads come through Yelp's official Leads API. Nextdoor, Bark and Networx connect through their official Zapier apps. Anything that sends you an email notification can be picked up through Gmail or Outlook.

Can I reply to the customer from the CRM?

By text, email and phone — always. In the platform's own chat — for Thumbtack and for Google Local Services message leads. For the other platforms the lead arrives with the contact details and you reply by phone, text or email.

How quickly does a lead appear?

Thumbtack, Facebook, Angi and website leads arrive as they happen. Google Local Services leads are picked up within about ten minutes, or at once with "Check for new leads now".

Do I need Zapier?

Only for Nextdoor, Bark and Networx, where the platform's official route for outside software is its Zapier app. Everything else, Yelp included, connects without it.

What does it cost?

One plan: first month free with a card on file, then $99 a month per company, team members included. The platforms' own advertising and lead fees are separate and paid to them.

I am moving from another CRM — what about my existing clients?

Import them from a CSV file or from another CRM's export. See the migration pages for step-by-step export instructions.
