We read your Contractor+ export and figure out which column is the name, phone, email, address and more — no manual mapping.

Clients you already have (same phone or email) are detected and skipped, so nothing doubles up.

Send us whatever you exported, even messy or multiple files, and our team imports it, usually within one business day.

Step by step

01In the Contractor+ web dashboard, open Reports.
02Run "Client Contact Info" and "Estimates Created", pick the columns, and choose the Excel copy — Contractor+ emails the file to you.
03No need to convert anything — the Excel file is read as it is.
04Here, import Clients first, then switch the tab to Estimates and upload the estimates file — each estimate lands on its client and keeps its EST- number.
05Reports list estimates without their line items; if you need every line carried over, use our concierge and we will move them for you.

And where it lands: every customer on a card of their own, with their history and their jobs.

Clients

Names, phones (two per client), emails, addresses, notes and lead source.

Jobs

Past and active jobs become projects with status, contract value and dates.

Invoices

Paid and unpaid invoice history, attached to the right client.
